Experience

PRC’s Principal

PRC’s primary vision is developing retail in healthcare, museum, and university institutions, and our main clientele has been hospital gift shops. The creation of retail standards that reflect the demands of the new post-pandemic economy is currently our main priority.

Lilly Stamets has been the principal of PRC for the past 20 years. Her experience and expertise provide the leadership to determine the premier operational model, store design, budget, merchandising, and continuing operations.

Experience

PRC has conducted startup/turnaround efforts for other hospitals across the country, including three hospital gift shops in the San Francisco Bay Area and those at the UCSF Medical Center, Kaiser Permanente, and El Camino Health.

Lilly has started up gift shops at the California Academy of Sciences, Children’s Creativity Museum, and Bay Area Discovery Museum. These shops’ distinctiveness necessitates careful attention to every aspect of profitability, paid and volunteer employment, and customer happiness that complies with the institution’s objective.

Lilly brings a plethora of expertise to the hospital retail sector, having worked in both corporate events and specialty retail. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Textiles and Clothing from The Ohio State University and obtained a Meeting Planning Certificate from San Francisco State University.

Lilly serves as the Retail SME (subject matter expert) for hospital gift shop members of CAHHS (California Association of Hospital and Healthcare Systems). She is a member of the IAMFA (International Association of Museum Facilitator Administrators) and FGI (Fashion Group International).

In addition, Lilly is a popular speaker at industry healthcare conferences and gift shows and a lecturer at educational institutions.
