Lilly earned her retail credentials at Macy’s, Nordstrom, Williams-Sonoma, SFSU Bookstore, Hallmark Stores, and California Academy of Sciences stores before entering the healthcare retail industry.
The higher purpose and need in serving non-profit retail attracted her to the industry.
She developed and managed multiple gift shops at Kaiser Permanente, El Camino Health, and UCSF Health while consulting with the industry.
